Prerequisite: no prior knowledge is needed.

Description: In course Reiki 1, you shall learn how to become a Reiki 1 practitioner so that you will be able to treat yourselves and others.

The attunement for Reiki 1 shall open your channels of healing in the body. The significance of it is that you will be able to channel the Reiki energy and pass healing energy to yourself or others by using your palms.

The course structure: The course consists of two lessons of 2 hours. At the end of the course, you shall receive a completion certification of Reiki 1.

Note: The lessons are studied via Zoom.

• You shall receive an attunement to Reiki 1.
• You will learn about Reiki energy and how it can contribute to your everyday life.
• You will get to know about the history of the Reiki.
• You will learn about the five principles of the Reiki.
• You will learn how to perform a healing session on yourself.
• You will learn how to perform a healing session on others.
